Originally, Eriena was produced by OIKE as a competitor for Takara Jenny, but then details get vague.
Most probable case: Takara suied for copiright infringement and won this suit or reached some kind of a deal with OIKE, which led to Eriena being released as Jenny Friend Chelsea in June 1991.
Chelsea is stated to share birthday with Jenny (August 1, while Eriena birthday was listed as August 23 by OIKE).
Chelsea appears as Jenny Friend in books and various anniversary promos, but she was never released again, even as a Licca Castle LE offers.
